We can call the current internet marketing trend as Web 1.0 (just a thought).

Right now, webmasters were doing a great research on this topic. Because there are news (may be rumors) saying that this could me the next generation of internet marketing. So start collecting information about it and promote your websites and blogs.

Oops! Still I have not revealed what is meant by Web 2.0! Sorry! Here we go about it,

Putting it in simple words, it is defined as "the type of websites that interacts with users" is categorized under Web 2.0. To make it more simple we call it as "Interactive Websites". For example, YouTube, MySpace, Del.icio.us, Digg, Squidoo, etc. These are some of the websites where we can create our own page/content/feeds.

It is predicted by some senior webmasters that these kind of websites going to help in search engine marketing. So start contributing and earn good rankings in search engines and other directories.

Some of my tips to make your website to enter the "Web 2.0" internet marketing technology,

1. RSS – Create well defined dynamic feed
2. Blog – Create blog in most popular websites
3. Script Work – Add some interactive script to make your website more live and attractive
