Search Mash – A Search Website Operated By Google
Take a look at this search website (updated version) Search Mash) from Google.

If you search for a term, you will get the relevant results from the following,

Image Search
Wikipedia
You can do little customization with this Search Mash website, like hide / show :)
The important thing is you can easily count the results as they have numbered it.
